Terms of Service

By accessing or using TrendSnipe AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrendSnipe AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including free and paid account holders.

TrendSnipe AI is an AI-powered ecommerce trend detection platform that provides: • Real-time trend scoring for products sourced from Amazon, Reddit, and Google Trends. • Opportunity and competition analysis derived from publicly available market signals. • AI-generated market analysis and product insights. • Alert and notification tools for tracking products and score thresholds. • A URL analysis tool for on-demand product scoring. • Billing and subscription management tools. The Service is intended for informational and research purposes only. We make no guarantee that any product, niche, or trend identified through the Service will be profitable. All business decisions made using data from the Service are solely your responsibility.

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. • Notify us immediately at support@maxlab360.com of any unauthorized use or security breach. • Not share your account credentials with any third party. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

TrendSnipe AI operates on a credit-based subscription model with the following terms: Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for all fees incurred. All prices are in USD. Credits. Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over to the following billing period unless explicitly stated. Credits are consumed when you view product details, run URL analyses, or use other credit-gated features. Upgrades and Downgrades. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Downgrading may result in loss of access to features not included in the lower plan. Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused credits or partial months. Refunds. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@maxlab360.com within 14 days. Free Tier. Free accounts are subject to usage limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights. • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated tools without our written consent. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. • Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its data to third parties without authorization. • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or credit systems. • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful data to the Service. • Harass, abuse, or harm any other user or individual. • Create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limitations. • Use the Service to make financial, investment, or securities-related decisions for third parties without appropriate professional licensure. • Impersonate any person, entity, or TrendSnipe AI. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

Ownership. The Service, including all software, algorithms, scoring models, UI designs, brand assets, and content produced by TrendSnipe AI, is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your Content. You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the Service (e.g., product URLs, custom labels). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Service without express written permission, except as permitted by applicable law. Feedback. If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

The Service aggregates and presents data from third-party sources including Amazon, Reddit, Google Trends, and others. You acknowledge that: • We do not own or control third-party data. Its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness cannot be guaranteed. • Amazon product data is sourced via licensed APIs and is subject to Amazon's own terms. • Reddit data is sourced from publicly available community posts. • Google Trends data reflects relative search interest and is not an absolute metric. • Market signals and scores are algorithmic estimates, not financial advice. You agree to use all data retrieved through the Service in compliance with the terms of the underlying source platforms. We are not liable for any decisions made based on data that is inaccurate, outdated, or misinterpreted.

The Service uses large language models (LLMs) to generate market analysis, product insights, and trend narratives. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or hallucinated. It should not be relied upon as professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice. • AI outputs are generated dynamically and may differ between runs for the same input. • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free of errors, bias, or outdated information. • You are solely responsible for verifying AI-generated insights before acting on them. We reserve the right to modify, retrain, or replace AI models at any time without notice.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrendSnipe AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: • Your access to or use of the Service. • Your violation of these Terms. • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service. • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees. By us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Effect of termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, and 16.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Informal Resolution. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@maxlab360.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days. Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to a jury trial. Exceptions. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes: • Changing feature availability across subscription plans. • Adjusting credit costs for individual features. • Deprecating or replacing data sources, scoring models, or AI providers. • Discontinuing the Service entirely with 30 days' notice to registered users. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. If we make material changes to paid features, we will notify subscribers via email.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources (including Amazon product listings, Reddit, and supplier directories). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We do not endorse any third-party products, services, or companies mentioned through the Service. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrendSnipe AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights under these Terms without restriction. Force Majeure. We will not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
